Herald Carnegie, Oklahoma Wednesday, October 4, 1972 Roy Martin Roy Martin was born February 4, 1917 at Fort Cobb where he had lived his entire life. He was a graduate of the Fort Cobb high school and had served with the U.S. Coast Guard during World War II. He was married to the former Dorothy Lindsey June 30, 1947 in Wichita Falls, Texas. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Fort Cobb. He is survived by his wife of the home; two sons, Dennis and Bruce, both of the home; three brothers, George and Charles of Carnegie, and Loyd of Drumright, two sisters, Mrs. Ralph Orrell, Carnegie, and Mrs. Ray Giles of Chickasha. |
