Herald Carnegie, Oklahoma Wednesday, May 4, 1921 Al Kitchens Al Kitchens was born June 16, 1868, at Booneville, Miss., died at Fort Cobb, Okla., near Prairie Lone school house, April 27, 1921, aged 52 years, 10 months and 16 days. Death was due to a stroke of paralysis which followed a stroke thirty years ago. The deceased has lived in the west for eighteen years and has lived in the Prairie Lone neighborhood for four years. He was baptised into the Baptist church twenty-nine years ago. He has resided at the home of his brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. J.M. Kitchens for the past twenty-seven years. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. R.J. Morgan at the Fort Cobb cemetery at 1:30 p.m. He is survived by three brothers and two sisters: J.K. and D.A. Kitchens of Steel, Mo, Mrs. A. Sims of Ardmore, Mrs. G. Wilson of Eakly, and J.M. Kitchens of Fort Cobb. They were all with their brother in his last hours. |
