Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009 Wanda Mae [Holland] Gee FORT COBB - Funeral for Wanda Gee, 72, Fort Cobb, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Oak Street Church of Christ, Apache, with the Rev. Roy Young officiating. She died Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, in Carnegie. Burial will be in Fort Cobb Cemetery under direction of Crews Funeral Home of Apache. She was born Sept. 30, 1937, on her family farm near Fort Cobb, to Rufus Wilson Holland and Ellen Holland Payne. She married Raymond Douglas Gee, Sr. on Sept. 18, 1954, in Anadarko. They moved to the Broxton area after he retired from the military. He died Dec. 27, 2004. She was a member of Oak Street Church of Christ in Apache. She did liquid embroidery and was a quilter. She sold items at craft fairs and at her own in-home parties. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Raymond D. "Doug" and Susan Gee, Apache; and Randall D. "Randy" and Barbara Gee, Chickasha; a daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Freddie Freeman, Anadarko; a grandson raised in her home and his wife, Dusty Ray and Katrina Gee, Lawton; other grandchildren: Randall Gee II, Courtney and Daniel Cook, Rodney Freeman, Angel Dawn Renee and Wayne Blalock, Robert Gee and Ryker Gee; two great-grandchildren: Adin Renee Blalock and Jayme Michelle Blalock; a brother, Benjamin Joseph Holland, Chickasha; a sister and brother-in-law, Wynona and Rick Brewster, Fort Cobb; two aunts: Mary Lois Lansford and Edith Austin.
