Lonnie B. Craddock
Lonnie B. Craddock, 78, of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma was called home by the Lord on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Veterans Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
He was born September 28, 1934 to Van and Lucille [Archer] Craddock in Anadarko, Oklahoma.
He graduated from Anadarko High School with the class if 1951.
He was a veteran of the United States Army. He served during the Korean War.
He was a contracted Cable Splicer for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company since the early 1960's.
His greatest love was for his family. He enjoyed playing and singing all of Hank Williams Sr. songs and knew them all by heart. He also enjoyed playing cards and fishing, fishing and fishing. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Betty of the home, two sons, Steve G. Craddock of Anadarko, Oklahoma and Lonnie Craddock of Monroe, Texas step son, Richard G. Bickers of Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma, seven brothers, Ones Craddock and wife, Peggy of Greenville, Ohio, Paul Craddock and wife, Carolyn of Napolen, Ohio, David Craddock and wife, Gay of Tampa, Florida, J. W. Craddock and wife, Viola of Apache, Oklahoma, Dan Craddock and wife, B. J. of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, Larry Craddock and wife, Samie of Anadarko, Oklahoma and Joe Craddock and wife, Debbie of Binger, Oklahoma, grandchildren, Rachel Koole,Codi Craddock,Justin and Nick Craddock, great grand children, Lilyanna, Victoria, Steven, Stella, Lucky,Harmony, Devin and Alijah, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Van and Lucille Craddock, one son, Richard Van Craddock, two brothers, Leonard Craddock and Reginald Craddock and one sister, Ada Morris.
A Celebration of Life is at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Fort Cobb Funeral Chapel in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, Rev. Clay Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Fort Cobb, Oklahoma under the direction of the Fort Cobb Funeral Home. |
