Funeral Home South Lakes, Oklahoma January 2020 Wanda Marie [Platt] McCarley October 28, 1949 ~ January 30, 2020 Wanda, 70, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 30th, 2020. She was born on October 28th, 1949 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Dorothy Jean (Brown) and Herman Lawrence Platt. Wanda grew up in the Oklahoma City and Bethany area where she attended Putnam City schools. She loved cooking and one of her best meals to prepare was catfish. She also enjoyed shopping, casino gambling and traveling out of Oklahoma to visit the beach. She will be forever loved and missed. Wanda was preceded in death by her Parents, Herman and Dorothy Platt; Grandson, Tyler Crisp; and Granddaughter, Ameior Frost. She is survived by her Sons, Mark Crisp, and Jeremy Crisp; Daughters, Dana Hernandez, Michelle Wren and Tammy Bicking; Sister, Linda Ward; Brother, Larry Platt; Grandchildren: Orion Henderson, Aaliyah Wren, Tyra Wren, Stephen Hernandez, Aaron Hernandez, Alexander Hernandez, Marissa Riley, Harley Bicking, Hunter Bicking, Kymberlynn Evans, Victoria Andrews, Kelsy Crisp, Joelie Crisp, Jeremy Crisp, Jr., Jamie Bicking, Matthew Bicking, Evelyn Johnson, Shamear, and William Henderson; and several great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Services to celebrate Wanda's life will be held 12:00 noon, Thursday, February 6, 2020 at the Vondel Smith South Lakes Chapel, 4000 S.W 119th St, with burial to follow in Apache, OK. |
