Bobby Ray "Buddy" Livingston

DUNCAN - Funeral for Bobby Ray "Buddy" Livingston, 64, Duncan, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church, Apache, with the Rev. Jimmy Greene, Duncan, and the Rev. Leon Shade officiating.

Mr. Livingston died Monday, Nov. 10, 2008, in Duncan.

Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Apache, under direction of Crews Funeral Home, Apache.

He was born Oct. 2, 1944, in Apache, to Charles W. and Ruby Jewel Loury Livingston.

He joined the Navy and served during the Vietnam War. He was stationed on the U.S.S. Enterprise.

He married Linda Woods Jan. 18, 1967, in Apache. They moved to Duncan in 1972 and have resided there since then. He worked for Westran as warehouse manager until his retirement in 2000.

He was a member of Duncan Gun Club and restored old vehicles.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son and his wife, Brian and Debbie Livingston, Duncan; a grandson, Calen Matthew Livingston; three brothers: Mickey Bartley, Washita; Charles Livingston, Granite; and Joel Livingston, Apache; three sisters: Donna Sue Coffin, Fort Cobb; JoAnn Varnier, and Marquita Lindsey, both of Apache.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters: Neoma Reid and Charlene Heilman.
