Martha Anne [Crow] Elliott Hawkins
November 10, 1931 ~ July 17, 2018


Martha Anne Crow Elliott passed away at her home on Tuesday morning, July 17, 2018 at the age of 86.

Graveside services for the family members will be held with no formal funeral services being scheduled.

Martha was born on November 10, 1931, at her grandmother's home in Apache to Andrew "Andy" Monroe Crow and Hattie L. Miller Crow.

She grew up in Apache where she met and married Charles J. Elliott, whose brother was the owner of the Chevrolet dealership in Apache, on January 16, 1948. They eventually moved to California and had five children before divorcing in 1969.

Martha then moved back to Apache to care for her father, who was in poor health.

Martha became a supply clerk and Teamster shop steward at Fort Sill.

There she met and married Edward Hawkins.

After Martha retired at Fort Sill, she became active in Silvered Hair Legislature and the Association of South Central Oklahoma Government. Martha was also actively involved with the Apache Senior Nutrition Center and wrote a weekly column for the Apache News for several years until her death.

She is survived by her children: Charles M. Elliott, Fort Worth, TX; David A. Elliott, Apache; Larry W. Elliott, Apache; and Janet S. Sims, Lawton. Grandchildren: Jacqulene Tortoledo, Chino, CA; Natalie Due, Manteca, CA; Charles Elliott, San Diego, CA; and Skylar Sims, Wausau, WI. Great Grandchildren Damien Tortoledo, Ruben Torteledo, Preston Due, Caedy Due, Connor Due, Natasha Werner and Megan Werner.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, husband Edward Hawkins, sister Velda Trujillo, brother Adran Crow, son, Arthur F. Elliott and grandchild, Mathew Elliott.

Lois Marie [Carson] Elliott
November 3, 1933 ~ November 8, 2015


Lois Marie Elliott of Blanchard, Oklahoma was born November 3, 1933 in Lawton, OK to Robert Lee and Argie Lee [Lawson] Carson. She passed away November 8th in Oklahoma City at the age of 82.

Lois worked as a Nurse’s Aide and Med Aide for many years.

She was married to Frank Elliott for several years. She wasn’t blessed with children of her own, but raised many of her nieces and nephews, and ‘great’ ones, as well.

She resided in Blanchard the past six years with her niece and her husband, Laura and Rick Woods. She loved her pets and going walking. Lois also enjoyed playing cards and dominoes with friends and family.

A special thanks goes to her great-niece, Misty Kimble for all she has done to help Lois.

Survivors include: 1 brother- Jimmy Dale Lawson Lawton, OK 1 sister- Imogene Woods Blanchard, OK Nieces and nephews whom she raised- Laura Woods Blanchard, OK Debra Solenberg Hulbert, OK Rocky Solenberg Tahlequah, OK Misty Kimble Oklahoma City, OK Dwayne Solenberg Hulbert, OK Many more beloved nieces and nephews And many more hearts she touched.

She was preceded in death by: Her parents 2 brothers- Paul Carson, Jerry Thomas 1 sister- Betty Green.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 12th at 2:00 P.M. at the Crews Funeral Home Chapel with Roy Young officiating.

Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Crews Funeral Home.
