© Crews Funeral Home Apache, Caddo CO, Oklahoma February 2014 Donna Dee [Warner] Eeds July 23, 1926 ~ February 14, 2015 Donna Dee Eeds Of Apache, Oklahoma Was born July 23, 1926 in Apache, OK to Clarence "Bus" and Mabel [LaGrange] Warner. She passed away in her home on February 14th at the age of 88. Donna joined the First Christian Church in 1938 and was the first one baptized in the new church. She served at their Junior choir director and Junior Superintendent in the early 1950's. She attended Oklahoma College for Women in Chickasha in 1944-1945. She married Billy Joe Eeds on February 3, 1946 in Apache. He preceded her in death on August 26, 2001. They moved to Enterprise, AL in 1954 then to Mineral Wells, TX in 1956. She worked as a volunteer "Pink Lady" at the hospital. They moved back to Apache in 1977 and she worked for Elliott's and Woodward's departments stores before retiring. Donna was a member of the AARP, the Apache Senior Nutrition Center where she enjoyed playing cards, and a charter member of the Stitch-In-Time Sewing Club. She also loved to go fishing with her husband. She is survived by: 3 daughters and their husbands - Sherry Jo and Rob Robertson, Okmulgee, OK, Dee Dee and Bobby Maynard, Eastland, TX Gail Lynn and Rick Martinson, Lawton, OK, 4 grandchildren - Kristi Irby, Kelli and husband, Brent Bayouth; Ashley and husband, Chuck Marineau; Ethan Martinson, 6 great-grandchildren - Hayley Tuggle, Spencer Tuggle, Tegan Irby, Alex Bayouth, Beau Bayouth, Brooks Bayouth, 1 great-great grandchild - Haylen Bagby. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 18th at 2:00 P.M. at Fairview Cemetery in Apache with Pastor Bill Hugueley officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Crews Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Apache Senior Nutrition Center. |
