© Crews Funeral Home Apache, Caddo CO, Oklahoma December 2016 December 20, 1947 ~ December 27, 2016 Larry Paul Donnell ff Apache, OK was born December 20, 1947 in Fletcher, OK to Raymond and Rachel Faye [Bowen] Donnell. He passed away December 27th in Apache at the age of 69. Larry graduated from high school and went on to receive his certification as an electrician. He owned and operated Sports Lighting Company. He married Becky Curtright in the late 70’s. Larry enjoyed his job, and he loved taking his wife, Becky with him to his various job sites. When his children were young, he worked with them raising show pigs. He would also help the local kids with their pigs, and was a tremendous benefactor to the FFA program at Apache. He enjoyed hunting and was a huge Thunder fan. He loved to make people laugh and was always joking around. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and family. He is survived by: His wife, Becky, of the home and 2 sons and their wives - Clinton Wray and Kimberly Donnell Piedmont, OK; Clayton Robert and Serita Donnell Piedmont, OK 3 grandchildren - Skyler Dawn Donnell, Sophia Love Donnell, Cash Robert Donnell 4 special girls who he thought of as grandchildren - Sierra and Emma Swanda and Preslea and McCartney Franklin His mother-in-law- Pat Curtright Apache, Ok He was preceded in death by: His parents 3 brothers - Herschel Donnell, Charles Reese Donnell and Buddy Donnell; 2 sisters - Mary Lou Grant, Wilma Kirkham. A memorial service will be held Friday, December 30th at 10:00 A.M. at Crews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bud Jones officiating. Inurnment will be held later at Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Crews Funeral Home. |
© Crews Funeral Home Apache, Caddo CO, Oklahoma July 2020 April 6, 1958 ~ July 24, 2020 Becky Kay Donnell was born April 6, 1958 in Fort Morgan, CO to John and Pat Curtright. She passed away at 62 years of age on July 24, 2020 in Norman Regional Hospital in Norman, OK. Becky lived most of her life in Apache. She proudly worked alongside her late husband, Larry Donnell, as an Electrician’s Apprentice in the business Sport’s Lighting Company. She impacted many live by donating her time to raising show pigs for local FFA students. Becky was a joy to all who knew her and loved to laugh. She was a special person to her family and will be missed dearly. She was preceded in death by her father, John Curtright, and her husband, Larry Donnell. She is survived by her mother, Pat Curtright; her sons, Clinton Wray and Kimberly Donnell of Piedmont, OK, and Clayton Robert and Serita Donnell of Piedmont, OK; her grandchildren, Skyler Dawn Donnell, Sophia Love Donnell, and Cash Robert Donnell; her sisters, Karen and Steve Jaques of Yukon, OK, and Beverly and the late Charlie Lewis of Petal, MS; her nieces and nephew, Marcie Lewis, Michelle and Jonathan Formby, Aaron and Ashley Jaques; many great nieces and nephews; and dear friends. A memorial service was held Monday, July 27, 2020 at Crews Funeral Home to celebrate her life and memories with Pastor Ronnie Orf officiating with a graveside service to follow at Fairview Cemetery. |
