Troy William Aldridge
November 28, 1925 ~ October 20, 2008


APACHE - Funeral for Troy William Aldridge, 82, Apache, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Cedar Hill Church of God, Anadarko, with the Rev. Steve Pazensky officiating.

Mr. Aldridge died Monday, Oct. 20, 2008, in Oklahoma City.

Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Apache, under direction of Crews Funeral Home of Apache.

He was born Nov. 28, 1925, in Wewoka, to Clyde and Myrtle Archer Aldridge. He moved to the Apache area with his parents and lived there most of his life. He married DeLois Kelley May 27, 1964, in Wichita Falls, Texas. He worked for Dolese Brothers, Richards Spur Rock Crusher in many different capacities. He received an award for 33 years of safety. He retired as a maintainer operator five years later with 38 years of service. He was a member of Cedar Hill Church of God in Anadarko. He was named Fisherman of the Year.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son and daughter-in-law, Wes and Sheila Aldridge, Apache; five daughters and a son-in-law: Debi and Jessie Sumpter, Valley Mills, Texas; Connie Rich, Apache; Alicia Brooks, Stillwater; Yvonne Love, Fletcher; and Shannon Aldridge, Anadarko; 21 grandchildren: Matt, Shelby, Cameron, Candice and Daniel Aldridge, Jessie Troy and Gary Paul Sumpter, Layna Philipp, Billy Shawn Dennis, Ashley Rich, Troy Rich, Crystal Kubicek, Pfc. Darren Kubicek, Ali Brewster, Justin Scott, Billy Love, Cameron Josey, Colby and Caleb Carson, April White and Julie Fox; 11 great-grandchildren: Rylee, Sarah, Emily, Dyllan, Kayleigh, Tyler, Jaxon, Cody, Brayden, Tallen and Kodee Ann; a sister, Betty Austin, Apache; and a brother, Roy Aldridge, Apache.

He was preceded in death by a son, Billy Dean Aldridge; his parents; three sisters: Mearle Huckleberry, Pearl Sellers and Maudie Tilley; and three brothers: Billy Aldridge, Herbert Aldridge and Elsie Aldridge.

Hattie DeLois [Kelley] Aldridge
February 19, 1938 ~ June 23, 2009


ANADARKO - Funeral for Hattie DeLois Kelley Aldridge, 71, Anadarko, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Cedal Hill Assembly of God Church, Anadarko, with the Rev. Steve Palczynsky officiating.

She died Tuesday, June 23, 2009, in Anadarko.

Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Apache, under direction of Crews Funeral Home of Apache.

She was born Feb. 19, 1938, at her family home in the Saddle Mountain area near Meers, to Jessie Elmer and Georgia Pearl McLain Kelley. She lived in the Southwest Oklahoma area her entire life. She married Troy Aldridge on May 27, 1964, in Wichita Falls, Texas. She worked for Hagar Slacks and as a home health aid. She was also an ordained pastor in the Assembly of God Church, and served as a member of the General Council of the Assembly of God Church. She pastored in hospitals, nursing homes and jails, and was the pastor of Full Gospel Lighthouse Church of Stecker from 1980 to 2000. She then pastored the Assembly of God Church of Stecker until 2005. After her retirement, she became a member of the Cedar Hill Assembly of God Church in Anadarko. She moved to Silver Crest Nursing Center in Anadarko, and became secretary of the center's residents organization.

Survivors include six children and their spouses: Debbie and Jessie Sumpter, Valley Mills, Texas; Connie and Shannon Candell, and Wes and Sheila Aldridge, all of Apache; Alicia Brooks, Stillwater; Yvonne Love, Fletcher; and Shannon and Rudy Oheltoint Jr., Anadarko; 27 grandchildren: Matt, Shelby, Cameron, Bre, Daniel, Ryan, Jessie Troy, Layna, Gary Paul, Billy Shawn, Ashley, Troy, Crystal, Darren, Ali, Justin, Billy, Colby, Caleb, Sadie, Cameron, Brandon, Corey, Amy, Rudy III, Michelle, and MayMay.

18 great-granchildren: Kaylinn, Jayce, Makenzie, Bentley, Rylee, Sarah, Emily, Dylan, Kailey Tyler, Jaxon, Brayden, Tallen, Preslee, Kodee Ann, Cody, Kaidyn Lynn and Miles; two sisters: Martha and Marion Miller, Fletcher; Joan and Jim Morgan, Fort Worth, Texas; a brother, Neil Kelley, Grand Prairie, Texas; and two brothers-in-law: Kenneth Sanders and Gene Taylor.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Billy Aldridge; two brothers: Jessie Kelley Jr. and Calvin Kelley;

two sisters: Evelyn Sanders and RosaLee Taylor.
