Carlotta Ann [Pickard] Naves
September 29, 1935 ~ December 9, 2006


Carlotta Ann Pickard Naves, 71 died December 9, 2006 in Oklahoma City. She was born September 29, 1935 in Lawton, OK the daughter of Walter and Myrtle Carter Pickard.

She graduated from Chilocco Indian School, received an associate degree from Oklahoma City Community College, was a former president of the Chilocco Alumni Association, former Eucharistic minister at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, and a Delaware Tribal member.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Philemon Pickard.

Survivors include a son, Robert Kennedy Naves; a sister, Dona K. Walker; nieces, Yuri Anderson, Patricia Pickard Sloan and Dee Ann Pickard; nephews, Terry Pickard, Lennie Pickard and Scott Pickard.

Evening Prayer Service will be at 7:00 P.M., Monday, December 11, 2006 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church.

Interment will follow in Memory Lane Cemetery, Anadarko, OK.
