Thursday, February 26, 2009 Harry Edward Taylor ELGIN - Funeral for Harry Edward Taylor, 65, Elgin, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Cyril Full Gospel Church with the Rev. Donnie Miller officiating. Mr. Taylor died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009, in Anadarko. Burial will be at Cyril Cemetery under direction of Fletcher Funeral Home. He was born Aug. 27, 1943, in McRay, Ark., to Cecil and Dorthy O'Hara Taylor. He had lived in the Cement, Cyril and Elgin areas since the late 1970s. He worked in the oil industry since 1958. He worked in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Dubai, Libya, Iran and Venezuela. Survivors include a son, Kerry Taylor, Elgin; a daughter, April Taylor, Elgin; a brother and sister-in-law, Jock and Gennettie Pollard, Cement; two sisters and a brother-in-law: Maria Pohocsucut , Cement; and Dorthy and Bill Fuller, Spearfish, S.D.; five grandchildren: Shon Taylor, Tyler Taylor, Hannah Taylor, Easton Taylor and Dakota Taylor, all of Elgin; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Mona Taylor. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. |
