Ida Faye Kinzie
CYRIL Funeral for Ida Faye Kinzie, 63, Cyril, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Cyril Assembly of God with Pastor Randy Cochran officiating.
Ida passed away Monday, Nov. 1, 2010, in Oklahoma City.
Burial will follow in Celestial Gardens Cemetery under direction of Cyril Funeral Home.
She was born June 2, 1947, in Fairbury, Neb., to William and Helen Jean Maxson Kinzie. She received her certified nursing assistant license from Caddo Kiowa Technical Center and worked in the Cyril Nursing Home for several years. She was a member of the the Cyril Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed listening to gospel music and loved to read mystery stories. Her favorite author was Mary Higgins Clark. She was also a big OU football fan.
She is survived by three daughters and husbands: Deanne Jordan, Duncan; Lois and Alex Briones, Clarksville, Tenn.; and Kimberly and Brian Winsor, New Brockton, Ala.; seven grandchildren: Christopher Jordan, Michala Jordan, Mary Jordan, Alex Magana, Alaina Briones, Ariana Briones and Alexis Winsor; two brothers: Lyle Melvin Kinzie, and Benjamin Steve Kinzie, both of Cyril; and one sister, Roberta Louise Kinzie, Cyril.
She was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather, Bloyd Bishop; one sister, Sophia Mae Kinzie; and one grandson, Hunter Joe Winsor.
