Sunday January 18, 2015 Buddie Dean [Fletcher] Grizzle Graveyard Services for Buddie Dean Grizzle 90, Cyril, Ok will be held at 11am, Thursday January 22, 2015 at Celestial Garden Cemetery, Cyril, Ok with Grandson Jerry Grizzle Officiating. Interment will be under the direction of Cyril Funeral Home. Mrs. Grizzle was carried home by a host of angels to be with her Lord on Sunday January 18, 2015 from her temporary home in Clinton, OK. She was born September 9, 1924 in Eldorado, Ok to Thomas D. and Ollie [Watson] Fletcher. The family lived in the Oklahoma City and Norman area before she met and married the love of her life, Sylvester A. "Pete" Grizzle on June 28, 1940. After living in and around the Oklahoma City area, they made their home in Cyril. She was a devoted homemaker, Pete's Trucking Company dispatcher and owned a licensed day care service. She attended First Baptist Church and served many years as a volunteer nursery worker. She is survived by a Son and Daughter-in-law Tommy and Paula Grizzle, Cyril, OK, a Daughter Lynda Kay Milligan Clinton, Ok, a Son and Daughter-in-law Michael H. and Carol Grizzle Sevierville, TN, a Daughter and Son-in-Law Tammie Kay and Frank Suthers Sauk Village, Il, eight Grandchildren, thirteen Great Grandchildren, nine Great-Great Grandchildren, one sister and Brother-in-Law Violet and Don Lockwood Bartlesville, OK, many nephews and nieces, her beloved children she helped care for in Cyril and a host of Friends. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband Pet) an infant Son Jerry, Five Brothers, and Seven sisters. The family will receive family and friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Wednesday January 21, 2015 at Cyril Funeral Home.. |
