Anadarko, Oklahoma May 8, 2008 Roger Dean Eary March 3, 1952 ~ May 8, 2008 CYRIL -- Funeral for Roger Dean Eary, 56, Cyril, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Cyril First Baptist Church with the Rev. Kip Ackley officiating. Mr. Eary died Thursday, May 8, 2008, in Anadarko. Burial will be in Celestial Gardens Cemetery, Cyril, under direction of McRay Funeral Home. He was born March 3, 1952, in Anadarko, to Gary Lynwood Eary and Melba Faye Miller Eary. He grew up in Cyril and graduated from Cyril High School. He graduated from Vo-Tech in Fort Cobb as a diesel mechanic and worked for Halliburton for 15 years. After retiring from Halliburton, he moved back to Cyril to run the family business, Eary's Auto Repair & Wrecker Service. He married Marla LaJune Phillips on Jan. 20, 1984, in Wichita Falls, Texas. He was a member of Cyril First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, of the home; three daughters: Laci Eary, of the home; Delanna Eary, Oklahoma City; and Samantha Bosin, Minnesota; two sons and a daughter-in-law: Justin Eary, Duncan; and Kenny and Shelly Knipp, Omega; two grandsons: Alex Eary, of the home; and Koval Willhoite, Anadarko; three granddaughters: Danay Willhoite and Kaylen Willhoite, both of Anadarko; and Victoria Bosin, Minnesota; two brothers and a sister-in-law: Ronald Lynn Eary, Alexandria, La.; and William and Cheryl Russell, Fletcher; a brother-in-law and wife, Bobby and Shirley Phillips, Marlow; a sister-in-law and husband, Marsha and Terry Dennis, Marlow; his father-in-law and wife, Bobby and Brenda Phillips, Comanche; his mother-in-law, Lorraine Ingle, Fletcher; and several nieces, nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a son, Jeffry Pat Eary. |
