© The Chickasha Express-Star Chickasha, Oklahoma Monday, July 6, 2009 Michael Ray Moore February 9, 1977 ~ June 30, 2009 Michael Ray Moore, 32, of Chickasha, OK. departed from this life on Monday, June 30, 2009 at his home in Chickasha. He was born the February 9, 1977 to Marvin and Ernestine [Moore] Bass in Lawton. He attened Anadarko High School and has worked many jobs. He enjoyed life to the fullest. His greatest love was his children, family, and his many friends. he enjoyed cooking. There wasn't anything he didnt put catsup on to eat, even his pancakes he dowsed with catsup. He was a member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. He enjoyed his tribal customs and had traveled in many states learning more about his culture. He was baptized at Botone Memorial Church in Carnegie. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. His survivors include his three children, Mtthew Toppah of Anadarko; Micah Kaylynn Trabert-Moore of Chickasha, Dominic Moore of Chickasha; the mother of his children, Andrea Trabert of Chickasha; his parents, Marvin and Ernestine Bass of Anadarko; a sister, Genevieve of Anadarko; a brother, Edgar Moore of McAlester; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by one brother, Eli Moore, his wife, Velma Lonelodge, his grandmother, Ruth Moore and his grandfather, James Hunter. Services will be Friday, July 3, 2009, 10:00 a.m. at Smith Chapel in Anadarko. The burial will follow in the Cedar Creek Cemetery in Anadarko under the direction of Smith Funeral Home in Anadarko. |
