She passed away September 17, 2020, at her home in Duncan. She was 58. A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, at 3:00 P.M. in the Whitt Funeral Home Chapel with Tim Owens officiating. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center. Cindy graduated from Capitol Hill High School and received a Bachelor's degree in Indian Affairs from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. She worked as a part supervisor for Hydra Rig. When she was younger, she played softball and volleyball. She was a fan of OU and Thunder. She was a member of Freedom Biker Church. She loved her family and worked multiple jobs to provide and support her children. Cindy is survived by her children: Ashley Quintero of Irving, Texas, Paul and Amanda Barraza of Comanche, Luke Barraza and Charyl Winslett of Duncan; grandchildren: Daton Winslett, Eracia Williams, Kai-Adam Quintero; brother, Tymothy and Toshia Quintero of Streetman, Texas; nieces and nephews, Marcus Quintero, Rachel Bratcher, Dana Quintero, Taylor Quintero, Tayce Quintero; and special families: Scott and Sheila Anderson and family, Patsy Lee, Mary Gunter and family, Dana Anderson and family, Larry Bodine and family, Phelps family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Andrew Stumblingbear; brothers, Gene Quintero, Frankie Quintero; grandma, Pauline Quintero; and nephew, Michael Quintero. |

He was born on April 21, 1968 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Maxine [Perdasofphy] and Elton Stumblingbear. He grew up in Anadarko and graduated from Anadarko High School in 1986. He married Cynthia Quintero on March 12, 2004 in Marlow, Oklahoma. Andrew was a story teller and enjoyed passing along Apache history to others. He loved to collect antique coins and currency and police badges. He was an avid movie film buff. He was a member of the Bikers Church, the Apache Tribe and the Apache Manatidie Blackfoot Society. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Stumblingbear of Duncan, Oklahoma; mother, Maxine Stumblingbear of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 2 sons: Ashley Quintero of Irving, Texas, Paul Barraza and Luke Barraza of Duncan, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Daton Winslett, Eracia Williams and Kai Quintero; 4 brothers: Robert Stumblingbear of Anadarko, Oklahoma, Vernon Stumblingbear of Long View, Texas, Randy Stumblingbear of Fletcher, Oklahoma, Mike Stumblingbear of Lawton, Oklahoma; sister, Mary Stumblingbear of Tulsa, Oklahoma along with other relatives and friends. Andrew is preceded in death by his father, Elton Stumblingbear; grandmother, Gertrude Chalepah; brother, baby Stumblingbear and nephew, Brandon Nathan Stumblingbear. Prayer service will be Monday, August 3, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Brandon was born December 19, 1988 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Mary Stumblingbear and James Robert Bruno. Brandon attended school in Anadarko and Job Corp in Tulsa. He worked at Indian City USA as a fancy dancer and also worked in construction. He volunteered to provide his construction skills to the effort to clean up in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina. Brandon loved skateboarding, riding bikes, watching movies, listening to music, and playing in the park. He was like a "big kid" at heart. Brandon was very creative, he liked drawing and making art. But, Brandon was also a real gentleman also caring for his family and friends. He was there anytime his grandmother, Maxine or mother needed him. Brandon was engaged to Tashayna King, They have one daughter, Kila Fay Stumblingbear. He also has another daughter with Ayla Groeneveld, her name is Nathia Skye Stumblingbear Groeneveld. He enjoyed being with his kids and singing to them even though be did not have a very good singing voice. He care about others before himself. The bereaved family consist of his beloved grandmother, Maxine Wolfe; mother, Mary Stumblingbear; 2 daughters: Kila Fay Stumblingbear and Nathia Skye Stumblingbear Groeneveld; fiance, Tashayna King; 2 brothers: Alton Stumblingbear and Antonio Stumblingbear; 3 sisters: Ashley Stumblingbear, Belinda Stumblingbear and Jessica Stumblingbear; many uncles, aunties, cousins and friends. Brandon is preceded in death by great grandmother, Gertrude Chalepah; great grandfather, Frances Stumblingbear and grandfather, Elton Stumblingbear, and Uncle Baby Stumblingbear. Prayer service will begin at 7:00 P.M., Monday, October 13, 2014 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Anadarko. Funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Anadarko. He will be laid to rest at the Cache Creek Cemetery, west of Apache, Oklahoma.
