Oklahoma January 2023 February 12, 1941 ~ January 25, 2023 Sandra Jean Archilta [Stewart] Tsatahsisko Marroquin, 81, passed away on January 25, 2023. Sandra was born on February 12, 1941, in her family's home west of Apache, OK. Her parents were Freddy Tsatahsisko Archilta and Julia Mulkehay. She attended Boone School and was a very faithful member of the Victorious Faith Church. Sandra was a proud citizen of the Apache Tribe of Oklahoma and served on the business committee in the early 1900s. Sandra loved spending time and praying for her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She also loved watching Jimmy Swaggert, Francis & Friends, playing bingo, going to garage sales and thrift stores, puppies, and making award-winning frybread as she was crowned the frybread champion in the 1993 Indian Fair Inaugural Frybread Competition. Additionally, as Sandra became older she developed a fondness for taking road trips with her daughters. She is preceded in death by her: Parents, Freddy and Julia; Son, Larry Dale Stewart; Daughters, Silvia Asepermy and Julie Marroquin; Sisters, Martha Banderas, Imogene Reyna, and Mary Pace. Sandra is survived by her children: Gene and wife, Kim Marroquin, Apache, OK, Christine & husband, Joe Darnell, Apache, OK, Gary Marroquin, Apache, OK, Kevin & wife, Liz Marroquin, San Antonio, TX, Carmella & husband, Kenneth Fowler, Anadarko, OK Milene Marroquin, Colorado Springs, CO, Warren Stewart, Boone, OK, 30 Grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m., Saturday, Jan 28, 2023 Victorious Faith Center, Apache, OK Interment: Saturday, Jan 28, 2023 Cache Creek KCA Cemetery, Apache, OK Wake: 6:00 p.m., Friday, Jan 27, 2023 Ray and Martha's Funeral Home, Anadarko, OK Under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home Anadarko, OK |
