Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Msrch 2019 February 29, 1972 ~ March 19, 2019 Carol Lee Kadayso, 47, passed away on Monday, March 18th, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born on February 29, 1972, a leap year baby, to Janice Sue Kadayso. She grew up in Anadarko, Oklahoma and graduated from Anadarko High School. She lived most of her life in Southwest Oklahoma. She was a member of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. She is survived by: 1 Son: Gage Pratt, Muskogee, OK, 2 Daughters; Brittany Pratt, Muskogee, OK, Talitha Fields, Stillwell, OK, 1 Brother, Alfred Tartsah, Jr., Anadarko, OK, 4 Sisters; Lisa Ann Twohatchett, Lawton, OK; Monica Lynn Alexander, Okla. City, OK; Jana Tartsah, Ada, OK; Lana Ataddlety, Anadarko, OK, 5 Grandchildren: Leo Sam, Jayslin Sam, Jaydon Firestone, Leonard Firestone III and Tristan Pratt, Her father, Afred Monroe Tartsah, Sr., Yukon, OK, Her step-father, Louis "Frank" Twohatchet, Oklahoma City, OK, Cousins; Teresa Ann White, Arkansas; Chesa Kay Kadayso, Anadarko, OK; Lesa Gayle DeVaughan,Okla. City, OK; Jeremy E.
