Jack Johnson McGehee
September 24, 1886 ~ April 19, 1941


Rites Sunday For Jack J. McGehee

Funeral services were held at the Carnegie Church of the Nazarene at 5:00 p.m. Sunday for Jack Johnson McGehee, 54, who died at a Carnegie hospital Saturday.

Rev. Oscar W. Eudaley, pastor conducted the funeral and burial was in the Carnegie cemetery.

Mr. McGehee made his home with his niece, Mrs. Pat Garland southeast of town.

He was born in Arkansas September 24, 1886, aged 54 years, 6 months and 23 days.

Survivors include three brothers, Jerry and Lee of Lawton and Titus of Norman and three sisters, Mrs. Jane Carter and Mrs Susie Lawrence of Lawton and Mrs. May Reaves of Fort Worth, and other relatives.

Mr. McGehee was converted early in life and united with the Baptist church in Lawton in 1924.
