© Carnegie Herald Carnegie, Oklahoma Wednesday, February 25, 1970 Dr Ralph B. Frank 1910 ~ 1970 Frank Rites Held Sunday Funeral services for Dr. Ralph B. Frank, 59, local optometrist, were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the United Methodist Church. Rev. George Stautler, of Cyril and Cement Methodist churches, officiated, assisted by Rev. Larry Becker, local minister. Interment was in the Carnegie Cemetery under the direction of Pitcher Funeral Home. Dr. Frank died suddenly of an apparent heart attack late Friday afternoon at his home. He was born Nov. 16, 1910 in Hydro. He attended school and graduated from high school in Butler. He moved with his parents to Anadarko in 1926 and was employed at Youngheim's Department Store at Anadarko for several years before World War II. He was married to Grace Williams of Fort Cobb on June 16, 1937 at Hebron, Neb. He graduated from an optometry school in Chicago in 1949 and had practiced in Carnegie the past 20 years. He served three years in the U.S. Air Force, and was a member of the local Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce. He is survived by his wife of the home. A fund has been started to furnish a room in the new wing of the local hospital in memory of Dr. Ralph B. Frank. December 2001 Grace Lela [Williams] Frank 1907 ~ 2001 GRACE Lela Frank, 94, of Carnegie was born Sepember 17, 1907 at Redstone Mission near Washita, Caddo county, Ok. to John Dee and Nora [Baxter] Williams and died December 1, 2001 in Binger, Caddo county, Ok. Services were held in Carnegie's Pitcher-Hackney Chapel. Burial was in the Carnegie Cemetery under the direction of Pitcher-Hackney Funeral Home of Carnegie. Married June 16, 1935 Ralph B.
