© Carnegie Herald Carnegie, Oklahoma Wednesday, June 20, 1990 William Harvey "Bill" Flud 1909 ~ 1990 Carnegie--Graveside services for William "Bill" Harvey Flood, 81, of Carnegie will be held at 11 a.m. today at the Carnegie Cemetery with the Rev. Don Baccus of Keifer officiating. Flood was born Jan. 8, 1909 in Newton County, Ark., and died Thursday after a lengthy illness in the Carnegie Nursing Home. He was a farm laborer and married twice. After living in Oregon a number of years, he moved to Carnegie in 1978. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Angeline Flood, three sisters and three brothers. Survivors include his sister, Elta Faye Rogers, Carnegie; his four daughters, Beatrice Flood, Janet Ruth Flood, Mildred Ann Flood, Wilma Lee Flood, all of Oregon and his two sons, Billy Flood of Oregon and Allen Flood of Oklahoma City.
