Virdeen was born December 18, 1918 in Nacogdoches, Texas to William Franklin and Effie Buckner Vice. Virdeen married Edward Ferrell on August 8, 1939 in Carnegie, Oklahoma. Virdeen was a member of the First Christian Church, a charter member of the Carnegie Mother's Club, and a member of the International Flying Farmers. . Virdeen loved her church, her family and life. Survivors: One Son, Don Ferrell & wife Gay of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma Two Grandsons, Brian Ferrell & Deborah Dasake of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Stacy D. Ferrell & wife Ellen of Nashville, Tennessee, One Granddaughter, Finessa Smith & Chris of Littleton, Colorado, Great Grandchildren, Avery Smith, Samuel Ferrell, Luke Ferrell, Jake Ferrell, and Nathan Ferrell. Daughter in law, Dolora Ferrell Preceded in death by her husband, Edward, her parents, her son Stacy Edward Ferrell, Brothers, Milton , J.C., and Wilbur Vice.
