Funeral services for Lena Fay Ferguson, 73, of Carnegie were held Monday, December 18, 2000 at the Church of the Nazarene in Carnegie with Rev. Jerry Tate officiating.

Lena was born February 23, 1927 to Earnest "Toad" and Bertha [Craft] Smith in Carnegie and died December 15, 2000 in an Oklahoma City hospital. She lived in Carnegie all her life and was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.

She is survived by two daughters, Bonita Rhodes of Moore and Nora Overton of Lakeview, AR; four grandchildren, Vanessa Martinsen, Andrea Rhodes, Michael Harris and Wesley Harris; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Lavern Fite of Carnegie; two stepbrothers and five step-sisters.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepmother, Ada Smith and one brother, Leo Smith.

Burial was in the Carnegie Cemetery under the direction of the Pitcher-Hackney Funeral Home in Carnegie.
