September 2017 Barbara [Hitch] Brewster 1934 ~ 2017 Barbara Ann Hitch Brewster passed away Thursday, September 14, 2017 at her home in Carnegie, Oklahoma. Barbara was born May 25, 1934 in Drumright, Oklahoma to George and Nellie Lily Hitch. Barbara attended school in Drumright, Oklahoma After graduation she received her College Business Degree in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Barbara worked many years in retail sales. Barbara was a member of the Carnegie Church of the Nazarene where she served as a Sunday School teacher for many years. Barbara is survived by four sons: Gary Brewster and wife Jennifer of Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma Ricky Brewster and wife Beverly of Rogers, Arkansas Brian Brewster of Carnegie, Oklahoma Kevin Brewster and wife Bonnie of Carnegie, Oklahoma Grandchildren: Misti Raines and husband Brian of Wilson, Oklahoma Rocky Brewster, Ft. Cobb Oklahoma Shana Howser and husband Tyler of Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma Richard Lee Riley and wife Pamela of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Tanae Weaver and husband Joe, Edmond, Oklahoma Eric Bowlin and wife Katelyn, Carnegie, Oklahoma Brian Bowlin, Carnegie, Oklahoma Darcy Brewster, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Devin Brewster and wife Danae of Carnegie, Oklahoma Twenty GreatGrandchildren and One Great-Great Grandchild Brother: Gary Hitch and wife Shirley of Drumright, Oklahoma Sister: Carla Sue McGill of Texas. Son in law: David Bowlin, Carnegie. Barbara is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Harlan Brewster, daughter, Cheryl Bowlin, Daughter in law, Lynda Brewster, Grandson Jason Brewster and one sister Patricia Boyd.
