Beutler 1921 ~ 1924 The little son of Mr. and Mrs. Dave Beutler, Donald, was stricken with a severe attack of appendicitis last Wednesday. He was taken to the Chickasha hospital Friday morning where it was soon learned that the appendix had ruptured on the way to the hospital. The surgeons advised not to operate Friday, but the child grew worse and peritonitis set in Saturday. A drainage tube was inserted Saturday morning to try to relieve the forming of pus, but all efforts to sure the little life failed and the grim reaper claimed his own Sunday morning at 11 o'clock. David V. Beutler was born December 13, 1921, and died October 19, 1924, age 2 years, 10 months and 7 days. He leaves three brothers and one sister and father and mother, besides many loved ones to mourn his death. The funeral services were conducted at the Christian church in Carnegie at 3 o'clock Monday by Rev. W.A.R. Lovell. Interment was made in the Carnegie cemetery. Donald V.
