September 9, 1924 ~ March 7, 2004


Funeral services for Lucille Fletcher, 79, of Carnegie will be held Wednesday, March 10, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at the Faith Assembly of God Church in Carnegie with rev. Virgil Martin officiating.

Lucille was born September 9, 1924 in Carnegie to Albert and Bessie [Powers] Pike and died Sunday, March 7, 2004 at the Carnegie Tri-County Municipal Hospital.

She married Warren Fletcher on October 10, 1942 in Carnegie. He preceded her in death in 1973.

She attended Carnegie School and also went to nursing school in Woodward.

She practiced nursing for many years.

Lucille was a minister's wife and did her ministry through nursing.

She loved to knit, crochet and write poetry.

She was a member of the Faith Assembly of God in Carnegie.

She is survived by two sons, Larry Fletcher of Marble Falls, Texas and Tim Fletcher and wife, Irene of Noble; one daughter, Carolyn Wiseman and husband, Robert of Liberty Hill, Texas; seven grandchildren, Robin, Bobby, Kelly, Scott, Jimmy, Sarah and Casey; four great grandchildren, Bessie, Samantha, John Taylor and Savanah; one sister, Sarah Teague of Carnegie.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Warren Fletcher.

Burial will be in the Alfalfa Cemetery under the direction of the Pitcher-Hackney Funeral Home in Carnegie.

Larry Pike Fletcher
October 17, 1948 ~ February 13, 2006


Larry Pike Fletcher was born October 17, 1948 in Weatherford, OK to Warren and Lucille Pike Fletcher.

Larry passed from this life on February 13, 2006 in Llano, TX.

He grew up in Weatherford and Seiling, OK, graduating from Seiling High School in 1966.

He went to work for Braniff Airlines in 1966.

Larry married his first wife Anita elledge in 1968.

He served three years in the United States Navy and remained in the Naval Reserves another three years. After his active service in the Navy he returned to work at Braniff Airlines, working at Dallas, TX until 1982.

Larry married Sue Moore in 1974. They made their home in Irving, TX for many years. In the late 1980's they moved to a home near Lake Palestine in Frankston, TX. In 1997 Larry moved to Austin, TX working as a Security Guard until he suffered a stroke in October 2000. After a long hospital stay he came to live at Northwoods health Care Center in Marble Falls, TX where he lived until his death.

He is survived by his wife Sue and daughter Kelli Ruth Campbell, two grandsons, J.T. and Justin, of Frankston, TX , his sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Robert Wiseman of Liberty Hill, TX and his brother and sister-in-law, Tim and Irene Fletcher of Norman, OK and also his Aunt, Sarah Teague of Carnegie, OK.

Larry was preceded in death by his father and mother, Warren and Lucille Fletcher.

He was cremated at his request so that he could be buried with his parents.
