Services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday at Gordon- Dalton-Holmes Funeral Home, Achille, for Anna Lea Witt, 44, Yarnaby , who passed away Friday, June 29, 2007, Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma. Jim Daily will officiate.
She was born Friday, June 21, 1963 in Germany to Johnny C. Hobbs and Loretta (Garrett).
She was a long time resident of Yarnaby and worked as an RN at the Medical Center of Southeast Oklahoma. Anna attended nursing school at Murray State, where she was top of her class. She was an avid Elvis fan, and loved to read and go fishing. She married Terry Witt on Nov. 2, 1979 in Sherman.
She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny C. Hobbs.
She is survived by her husband of the Yarnaby home; sons T.J. Witt and wife Lori, and Clayton Witt, all of Yarnaby ; mother Loretta West, Yarnaby ; brothers Johnny Hobbs, Sherman, Robert Hobbs, Ardmore, Eddie Hobbs, Yuba, K. Chad Hobbs, Denison, Texas, and Rodney West, McKinney; sister Ellen Hobbs, Oxnard, Calif.; granddaughters Kyra and Emma Witt, Yarnaby ; 28 nieces and nephews and numerous other loved ones.
Burial will take place at the Yarnaby Cemetery , with Robert Hobbs, Johnny Hobbs, Eddie Hobbs, K. Chad Hobbs, Rodney West and Curtis Witt serving as pallbearers.
