Graveside services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Yarnaby Cemetery for Ruth Ann (Whitfield) Robinson, 67, of Durant, who died Saturday, Sept. 6, 2008, in Denison, Texas. Glendel Rushing will officiate.

Ruth was born Monday, Nov. 4, 1940, in Pirtle to Loyd Lynn and Leona Bernice (McCurdy) Whitfield. She married Billy Ray Robinson on Aug. 21, 1963, in Bonham, Texas. After she retired, she worked as a homemaker.

Ruth was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and active in many church activities. She was an alumni of the Achille F. F. A. and just loved life and the Lord.

Ruth went to be with her Lord and she is in God's loving hands. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother who cared about everyone. Ruth was a devoted Christian lady who loved the Lord.

She was preceded in death by step-father, Harry Blain, father, Loyd Lynn Whitfield, twin sister, Joyce Anna Whitfield, and sister-in-law, Dorathy Robinson.

Survivors include her husband of Durant; sons Ronny Crump and wife Brigitte of Lancing, Kan., Donny Crump and wife Laura of New Plymouth, Idaho, and Terry Robinson of Durant; daughter Mary Stanley and husband Jerry of Durant; mother Bernice Blain of Achille, grandsons Bobby Crump, Mark Crump, Danile Crump and John Crump, all of Lancing, Kan., Samy Crump, Ian Crump and Jeremy Crump, all of New Plymouth, Idaho; granddaughter Abigale Crump of New Plymouth, Idaho; great-granddaughter Beanna Crump of Lancing, Kan.; aunts Betty Bourne of Durant and Juanita Blackburn of Paris, Texas; and very special friend Paula Anderson of Durant.

Burial will be at Yarnaby Cemetery in Yarnaby .

Family hour will be from 6-7 p.m. tonight at Coffey-Murray Funeral Home.
