Deborah Lee Miller, 49, of Yuba, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday afternoon January 29, 2009, at her home.
She was born January 21, 1960, in Oklahoma City and was the daughter of Albert and Lillie Lawson.
She attended Yuba schools and married Vernice Monroe Miller February 17, 1977, in Durant, Oklahoma and he preceded her in death June 22, 2002. She was also preceded in death by her mother, a son Allen Monroe Miller and a brother Kenny Wayne Lawson.
She had worked for the Medical Center of Southeastem Oklahoma, and Durant Nursing Homes and a Nursing Home in Elberton, Georgia as a Nurses Aide.
She is survived by her father Albert Lawson of Albany, Oklahoma; two sons Mickel Miller and wife Judy of Denison, Texas and Larry Miller of Yuba, Oklahoma; three brothers William Lawson of Albany, Oklahoma, Arnold Lawson of New Mexico, and David Lawson; one sister Cindy Sutterfield of Albany, Oklahoma; Fiancé Wendell Bennett of Yuba, Oklahoma; four grandchildren Avery Miller, Sarah Vogel, Kyle Vogel and Austin Miller, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Graveside Services for Deborah Miller will be held 10 a.m. Monday, February 2, 2009, at the Yarnaby Cemetery in Yarnaby, Oklahoma, with Reverend Rick Ring, pastor of Yarnaby Assembly of God officiating.
Pallbearers will be Douglas Woods, Michael Miller, Chris Watson, Chris Lockaby, Lee McGee, Timmy Bruner, Timmy Bennett and Carl Barnett.
There will be no family night.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Cunningham Funeral Home in Colbert, Oklahoma.
