Bill Freeman, 98, of Yarnaby , Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday night October 25, 2011, at his home.

He was born December 27, 1912, in Ambrose, Texas, to Joe and Betty Jones Freeman.

He attended Red Lake schools which was in the river bottom beyond Yuba.

He served his country in the Army during World War II.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Arthur "Ott" Freeman.

He was a farmer and a lifelong Yarnaby resident.

He is survived by nieces Ava Cunningham and Carolyn Barnett of Yarnaby along with many other nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside service for Bill Freeman will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday afternoon October 29, 2011, at the Yarnaby Cemetery with Brother Carr officiating.

Family night will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday night at Bill's home in Yarnaby .

Arrangements have been entrusted to Cunningham Funeral Home in Colbert, Oklahoma
