Sharon “Sue” Adams better known as Sue or Suzie, 66, of Denison, TX passed away on Friday, October 25, 2019 in Denison. Sue was born in Albuquerque, NM to Edgar A. Wilson and Helen Marie Wilson Chancee. She loved the Lord, reading her Bible every day, her grandbabies and plants. Sue loved the Lord with all her heart, soul, and strength and today she is with her Savior and loved ones.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters Nancy Jane Wilson, Mary Margaret Brinlee, and Elaine W. Higgins, and her youngest daughter Amy Michelle Adams, her dearest friend and a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day.
Sue is survived by her longtime companion Jimmy Lang of Denison, daughter Melanie Durdin and husband Brant of Olive Branch, TN, son-in-law Michael Parker of Colbert, sister Evelyn Parker of Davis, OK, grandchildren Payton, Kirby, Avery, Daniel, Michael, Jerry, and Bobby, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Yarnaby Cemetery in Hendrix, OK with Chaplain Steve Snodgrass officiating. Family hour will be from 6-8 PM, Friday, November 1, 2019 at Brown’s Funeral Service Durant.
