Stephanie Ashworth a resident of Calera, Oklahoma left this life to soon on Monday, December 22, 2014 at the age of 31. She was born in Palm Springs, California to Jim and Linda (Simpson) Ashworth on August 14, 1983.
Stephanie attended the Silo Baptist Church. She graduated from the Silo School and attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University for 2 years. Stephanie loved to listen to country music but what she enjoyed the most was being with her nieces and nephews.
Stephanie is survived by her father, Jim Ashworth of Durant, Oklahoma; brother, Nathan Ashworth of Kingston, Oklahoma; sisters, Jaymie Ashworth of Durant, Oklahoma and Kimberly Ortega of Calera, Oklahoma; grandmother, Johnie Ashworth of Yucca Valley, California; brother-in-law, Geoffrey Russell of Calera, Oklahoma; nieces and nephews, Kyle and Caitlyn Ortega of Calera, Oklahoma , McKenzie Ashworth of Durant, Oklahoma and Haydin Russell of Calera, Oklahoma.
Stephanie was preceded in death by her mother, Linda; grandfather, Robert Ashworth; grandparents, Florence and Godfrey Simpson.
Family Hour will be from 7-8:00 p.m. Friday, December 26, 2014 at the Holmes ~ Coffey ~ Murray Funeral Home in Durant, Oklahoma. A service in honor of her memory will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 27, 2014 at the Holmes Coffey Murray Chapel with Bro. Jacob Towes officiating. Interment will follow at Restland Cemetery in Silo. The pallbearers will be Geoffrey Russell, Justin Holstine, Brady Shown, Kimberly Ortega, Jim Ashworth and Nathan Ashworth.
