Oletha Jean Dean Fuller was born on March 3, 1961, to parents Otis Clyde Dean and Glennie Jean Payne. Oletha passed away on June 10, 2024, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 63. Oletha received her education from Colbert high school and graduated in the class of 1979. After graduation, she joined the United States Air Force on March 10, 1986. She was stationed in Las Vegas, Nevada and Anchorage, Alaska. During this time, she had her precious son, Garren DeRon Turk. Oletha was honorably discharged from the Navy on September 28, 1994. Oletha worked at multiple plants and was a Registrar at Wilson N Jones Hospital in Sherman. Before her illness she was employed at Tyson Foods. She was married to Robert James Fuller.
Oletha is preceded in death by her husband Robert James Fuller; mother Glennie Jean Dean and Willie Mae Payne, Jamesetta Brown, Clifford Payne, Jimmy Lloyd Cubit, Bessie Lee Payne, Florine Favors, Elzoria Dean, Jimmy Ray Dean, and Ella Pruitt.
Left to cherish her memory are her son Garren Turk and his wife Natasha; father Otis Clyde Dean; brothers George Cubit Jr. and wife Claire and Douglas Dean; sister Vanessa Dean and numerous extended family and friends.
A homegoing celebration will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 22, 2024, at the Colbert High School Auditorium. Pastor Timothy Robinson will officiate. Pallbearers will be Henry Patterson, Jason Love, Louis Arnett, Mark Love, Terrance Love, and Richard Roberts. Active flower girls will be Aura Dean Roberts, Jamie Lansang, LaTrina Bowen, Ti Shara Hill, Alexi Jordan, and Joslynn Hill. Honorary flower girls will be Marrandy Brown, Julia Handy, Verna Rica, Annie Mitchell, Ronda Berry Hayden, Patsy Smith, Mary Martin Huey, and Regina Ricks. Interment will follow in Sandy Cemetery in Cartwright, OK. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.brownsfuneralservice.com.
