Glenn Robert Vellotti, Jr. 65, of Colbert, Oklahoma passed away Thursday morning January 16, 2020 at his home with his loving family at his side. He was born August 2, 1954 in Denison, Texas to Ralph and Mary Beal Vellotti and was raised in Denison moving back to Colbert in 1965. He attended Colbert Schools and received a GED. Glenn, married Mary Townsend in 1972. In February of 1973 he joined the Navy and moved back to Denison where he was a gas attendant for a station and then moved to Ardmore working various jobs moving back to Colbert in 1976 working for Re-Drill for over 5 years then Magnifab for 28 years before retiring in 2012.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Nephew Henry Lee.
Surviving is his Wife Mary Vellotti of the home Colbert, OK. Sons Jason Vellotti of Achille, OK. Justin Vellotti and wife Kerri of Krum, TX and Robert Quick and wife Michelle of White Oak, TX. Sisters Mary Lee and Donna Vellotti, Brother Ralph Vellotti. Grandchildren Zack and wife Mary Beth and Samantha along with two other Grandsons, Connor in the Army and wife Josey of Yuba, OK. David of Calera and Granddaughter Amanda and Great Grandson.
A Funeral Service for Glenn Vellotti, Jr. will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday morning January 21, 2020 at Cunningham Funeral Home in Colbert with his Son Robert Quick officiating. Burial will follow in the Rosewood Cemetery in Achille, OK.
Pallbearers will be Jason Vellotti, Justin Vellotti, Connor Vellotti Ron Herrick, Zack Angland and David Angland.
Family night will be from 6-7 Monday evening at the Funeral Home. In Lieu of flowers the family asks donations be sent to the DAV Foundation.
