Ronnie Long a resident of Durant, Oklahoma left this life and joined his Savior in Durant, Oklahoma on January 25, 2018 at the age of 74. He was born in Terrell, Texas to Joseph Newton and Francis Hilda (Watterson) Long.
Ronnie was a friendly soul who liked to make people laugh and smile. He like to keep his mind sharp working crossword puzzles, and word puzzles. Ronnie liked to sing and was proud of his place in the church choir.
Mr. Long is survived by his nephews, Dale Marksberry, Joe A. Marksberry, and D. Gene Russell all of Durant, Oklahoma.
Mr. Long was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Francis Long; brothers, Lonnie Long and Wilbur Long; and sister, Lucy Stephenson.
Family hour will be from 7-8:00 PM Monday January 29th at the Holmes~Coffey~Murray Funeral Home in Durant, Oklahoma. A graveside service will be at 2:00 PM January 30th at the Achille Cemetery in Achille, Oklahoma.
