Donna F. Scott Wesberry, 75, passed from her earthly body December 29, 2008, after fighting a courageous 14-year battle with lymphoma.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Calera Cemetery, Calera. Rev. Jim Parrish will officiate.
Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Rd., Benbrook, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Chris Wesberry, Leslie Wesberry, Blake Logan, D.J. Johnson, Kevin Johnson and Roy Davis, Jr.
Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Yeager and Kyle Wesberry.
The family suggests memorial contributions be sent to The American Cancer Society or Community Hospice of Fort Worth, Texas.
Donna was born March 3, 1933, to Claude and Wilma Scott in McLennan County.
Donna and Tommy were married on September 14, 1951.
Also known as Mama, Mother, Granny Donna and Aunt Donie, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her, loved her and admired her for one fierce fight against lymphoma.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and four sisters.
She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Tommy Wesberry; sons, Tommy Wesberry, Jr. and wife Ronda, and Barry Wesberry and wife Donna; daughter ,Terri Yeager and husband Tony; grandchildren, Brooke, Erica, Lauren, Brandon, Kyle, Sydney, Sarah and Audra; great-grandchildren, Colby, Madison, Dillon and Donovan; sister-in-law, Mona Scott; brothers-in-law, Daniel Grmela and Len Jones and several nieces and nephews.
