Lisa Carol (White) Rocha of Durant entered her Heavenly home on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at her home at the age of 55. She was born on January 7, 1964 in Lubbock, TX to Delbert Lee White and Mary Carolyn (Dunagan) White.
Lisa attended Ft. Gibson Schools and has been a long- time resident of Bryan County. She married the love of her life, Louis D. Rocha Jr. on November 3, 1984 in Lake Jackson, TX. They spent many wonderful years together. She worked as a billing specialist and was employed at Advanced Care Medical / Medical Center Pharmacy for several years. She was of the Pentecostal faith and loved crafting in her spare time. Lisa cherished the time spent with her grandchildren and family.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, J.H. Buck White and Velma White; aunts and uncles, Henry White, Ed Strickland, L.R. Bowie, Harvey White, H.N. Dunagan, Lois Dunagan, Sharon Hariss, Margie Denham; cousins, Eric Fleming, Rachel Dunagan, Donna Bowie and other numerous family members.
Loved ones left behind to cherish Lisa’s memory include her husband, Louis Rocha of the home; children, Robert Rocha and wife Tina of Durant, OK, Andrea Duran and husband Orlando of Calera ,OK and Marc Rocha of Colbert, OK; parents, Delbert and Mary White of Coalgate, OK; sister, Teri Dallis and husband Ronnie; brother, Darren White and wife Becky; mother in law Alice Chapa of Lake Jackson, TX; brothers in law, Ruben and Albert Chapa and wife Amanda; sister in law, Cindy Garcia; grandchildren, Austyn, Gaige, Madisyn, and Karson along with numerous other extended family members and dear friends.
Services to honor Lisa’s life will be held 10:00 AM Monday, January 28, 2019 at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel in Durant with Rev. Delbert White officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery with Robert Rocha, Marc Rocha, Orlando Duran, Ruben Rocha, Tommy Morrison, and Albert Chapa serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are James White, Kevin Rond, Darren White, and Stuart Ackley. The family will accept friends Sunday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
