Donna Ruth (Carter) Hill was born in Calera, OK. On March 11, 1941, to Weldon and Myrtle (Jones) Carter. She died peacefully at her home in Kaufman, TX on March 29, 2019.
Donna graduated from Calera High School in 1959 as valedictorian of her class and attended Southeastern State College in Durant. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Kemp, TX. Donna liked camping, gardening, and cooking.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Don Carter and James Carter. Also preceding her in death, 1st husband and father of her two sons, Dick Presley Sr.
Donna is survived by her husband Win (Shorty) Hill of Kaufman, TX, two sons, Dick Presley Jr. and wife Lea, Durant, OK, and Darren Presley, Phoenix, AZ, three grandchildren Madison Presley, Durant, OK, Blake and Paige Presley, Phoenix, AZ. Also surviving are two sisters, Gladys Brown and husband Clint, St. Louis, MO, Dorothy K. Brown and husband Johnny, Denison, TX, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, April, 3, 2019 at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel, Durant, OK. Interment will follow at Rosehill Cemetery, Calera, OK.
