Pamela Kay Puckett Harp

Calera, OK- Pamela Kay Harp was born on Thursday, April 29th, 1965 in Durant, Oklahoma to Johnny Edward Puckett and Mary Diane (Riley) Puckett. Pam passed from this life on Friday, September 26th, 2025 in Colbert, Oklahoma at the age of 60.

Pam was raised and graduated from Calera High School. She worked as a stay at home mom for many years when her kids were growing up. Pam was very involved with helping her sons thrive in FFA and 4H activities. After her sons were grown, Pam ventured out and worked a few jobs: Calera School Cafeteria, ETS, and was employed by Big Lots as a warehouse worker for 15 years.

Pam enjoyed arts and crafts, drawing, doing her own yard work, taking pictures, and many hours of wood working. She was an avid fan of Loretta Lynn, and loved traveling and going to concerts.

Pam was preceded in death by her dad, Johnny Puckett; grandparents, David and Frances Riley, and Cluster and Laura Puckett; and uncles, Mike Riley and Roy Riley.

She is survived by her mom, Mary Puckett of Durant; sons, Chris Harp and wife April of Coleman, Justin Harp of Durant, and Austin Harp and wife Sarah of Tulsa; grandchildren Zoey Harp of Durant, Averi Harp and Charli Harp both of Coleman, Josephine Harp of Tulsa, and one due in May 2026; a brother, Johnny Dale Puckett of Bethany, OK; and an aunt, Louise Riley of Durant.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 2nd, at Rose Hill Cemetery pavilion in Calera with Bro. Jim Pena officiating. Pallbearers will be Austin Harp, Justin Harp, Chance Partain, Randall Riley, Matthew Hernandez, and Jim Pena.
