Claudette Gainer Hales, 70 of Calera, Oklahoma went to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at her home.

She was born on March 11, 1945 to J. B. and Ester Aymer Gainer in Denison, Texas.

Claudette lived most of life in Calera, Oklahoma.

She married the love of life, Charles Hales on June 14, 1963 in Denison, Texas. She spent 52 wonderful years with him.

She was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church.

She loved being a housewife, talking on the phone to her family and friends, playing games on her tablet, board games, cooking and loved spending time with family. She was also a Girl Scout and Blue Bird leader.

Claudette was preceded in death by her parents.

Claudette is survived by her husband, Charles of the home, daughter, Jennifer Meek of Calera, Oklahoma, daughter, Stacy Baldwin and husband Bill of Calera, son, Phillip Hales and wife Amber of Durant, Oklahoma; grandsons, Destry Hales of Ft. Worth, Texas and Jakeb Hales of Durant, Oklahoma; granddaughter, Makayla Hales of Bennington, Oklahoma and sister, Nancy Elderidge and husband Floyd of Denison, Texas.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Brown's Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Monty Wood officiating.

Family hour will be Tuesday, September 1, 2015 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Calera, Oklahoma.

Arrangements are under the direction of Brown's Funeral Service in Durant, Oklahoma.
