Bobby Dean Collins, a resident of Platter, Oklahoma passed from this life on Thursday, March 20, 2014 in Durant, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years, 6 months and 11 days. He was born in Durant, Oklahoma to Vernon and Peggy Scott Collins on September 9, 1938.

Bobby served his community and country in the United States Navy.

he is survived by his son, Douglas Collins of Platter, Oklahoma; daughters, Jerilyn Collins of Platter, Oklahoma and Jacqueline Collins of Platter, Oklahoma.

Bobby Dean was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Peggy Collins.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2014 at the Rosehill Cemetery in Calera, with James Moss officiating.
