Gloria "Sue" Fread McDaniel

Gloria “Sue” McDaniel, age 73, of Bokchito, Oklahoma passed away on September 30, 2020. Sue grew up in Blue, Oklahoma. She married Paul McDaniel in 1963. She moved to south Texas for a while then returned to Blue, Oklahoma. She worked as a bookkeeper for the construction company her and Paul had and then became a wire bundle installer for Boeing Aircraft. She was a member of Abundant Life Texoma Church. Sue liked sewing, quilting, and fishing and she especially loved her dog Levi.

She is preceded in death by her husband Paul McDaniel, her parents Clifton and Lillie Fread, her sons James Paul McDaniel Jr, and Kenneth Gene McDaniel.

Sue is survived by her sister Ruth Dickerson of Blue, OK, her daughter Wendy Mae Kirk and husband Brad of Texas, her son Jason McDaniel and wife Trecia of Virginia, her nephew Bill Frost and wife Gloria of Mead , OK, Niece Carla Cain of Columbus, TX, and nephew Charlie Frost and wife Sandy of Georgetown, TX. She also leaves behind seven beloved grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday October 3rd, 2020 at Mead Cemetery in Mead Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Service, Durant. Online condolences can be made at www.brownsfuneralservice.com
