Curtis Glenn Matlock, age 38, Of Mead Oklahoma passed away on August 22, 2020. Curtis was born on December 7, 1981 to Johnnie Matlock and Patsy Duncan in Sherman, Texas. He attended Robert E. Lee, Tishomingo, Crowder and Silo Public Schools and worked as a Mobile home transporter. Curtis was a member of Mead Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, four wheeling, riding motorcycles, fixing things, and spending time with his family. Curtis is preceded in death by his grandparents Ethel Workman and James Workman, Ed Matlock, Arley Duncan and Bruce Furr.
Curtis is survived by his mother Patsy Duncan and husband Levi of Mead, OK. His father Johnnie Matlock and wife Freda of Caney, OK. Grandparent Betty Furr of Atoka, OK. The mother of his children Lisa Foxworth, his son Tyler Matlock, his daughter Paige Matlock of Caddo, OK. His son Cameron Carpenter and wife Larisa, grandchildren Riggin, Remington, and Rylin of Caney, OK. Brother Steven Matlock. Nephew Ryan Matlock and Emily Stevens of Boswell OK. Nieces Kylie Matlock and Case Daniels of Caddo, OK and Myah Matlock of Mead, OK. Brother Derrick Ladd and wife Summer. Nephew Tristen, Trigger, and niece Talynn of Caney, OK. Brother KD Ladd and nephews Kenton, Zayne , niece Kaigan of Caney, OK. Sister Kristie Riley, niece Sidney Riley and Loko Adanho of Durant,OK niece Ricquelle Riley and Shavon Cook, great niece Amari Riley, niece London Johnson of Mead, OK. Sister Shelly Rector and husband Jeff, nephews Chaun Duncan, Riley Luck and great nephews Jaxson Luck and Rayce Luck , Niece Lexi Rector of Atoka, OK. Sister Stacey Hart and husband Jason. Nephew Jaden Neice and niece Colbie Duncan of Madill, OK. Sister Natalie Doyle and husband Brandon of Mead, OK. Niece Brylynn Doyle. Sisters Jona Matlock of Mead ,OK. Sister Kamryn Duncan of Mead, OK. Sister Arlene Helms and husband Dyllon of Mead, OK. Nephews Garrett and Wesley Helms. Along with many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and Friends.
Serving as honorary pallbearers are: Tyler Matlock, Cameron Carpenter, Ryan Matlock, Steven Matlock, Bobby Thomas, Amos Workman, and Jerry Tucker.
