Nick Arnold, a beloved father, family member, and resident of Mead, Oklahoma, left this life too soon on Friday July 28, 2017 at the age of 33 years 7 months and 10 days. He was born on December 18, 1983 in Durant, Oklahoma to Dannie and Helen (Stephens) Arnold, who preceded him in death.
Nick had worked as a policeman for the City of Caddo for two years. He enjoyed horseback riding, going to the rodeo, and dancing. But most of all Nick cherished the time he spent with those he loved, especially his sons Dylon, and Jasper, and his girlfriend Stacy.
Mr. Arnold is survived by his cherished sons, Dylon Arnold of Longview, Texas, and Jasper Mowles of Sherman, Texas; sisters, Jeannie Barfield and husband Jakeb of Bokchito, Oklahoma, Brandy McCarter and husband Bart of Bokchito, Oklahoma, Deanna Craig and husband Jeff of Vander Voort, Arkansas, and Ramona Schatzer of Olympia, Washington; brothers, Dan Arnold and wife Crystal of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Timothy Calloway of Kingston, Oklahoma; beloved girlfriend, Stacy Weger of Colbert, Oklahoma; he is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, and other relatives and friends.
Mr. Arnold was preceded in death by his parents; niece, Shaila Mowles, and nephew, Mason Barfield.
Family Hour will be from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM Monday July 31st at Holmes~Coffey ~Murray Funeral Home in Durant, Oklahoma. A chapel service will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday August 1st at the Holmes~Coffey~Murray Chapel with Rev. Adam Cantrell officiating. Interment will follow at Mead Cemetery in Mead Oklahoma. Serving as pallbearers will be Darrid Mowles, Dylon Arnold, John Trantham, Randy Cantrell, Tyler Farrington, and Tommy Trantham, and the honorary pallbearers are Dan Arnold, Danny Arnold, Davin Barfield, Kendall Ervin, Tanner Farrington, Timmy Calloway, Donnie McCarter, and Zane Barfield
