Shellie Kim Anthony was born on June 29, 1959 in Cordell, OK to Billy Jack and Jewel Ailene (Bellah) Allen. Shellie passed from this life on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 in Durant, OK at the age of 60.

Shellie grew up in Cordell and moved to Bryan County 8 years ago from Ardmore with her husband of 24 years, Joe Anthony. She was of the Baptist faith and she enjoyed all her animals, her family and especially her grandchildren.

Shellie was preceded in death by her mother, Jewel Allen and brother, Phil Hutchens.

Shellie is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Joe Anthony of the home; sons, Logun Anthony, Robby Burns, Chris Burns, Dustin Monroe and wife Emily and Chad Anthony; brother, Paul Hutchens; grandchildren, Riley, Dawson, Cash and Londyn Burns and Joslyn and Maxx Monroe and numerous extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, February 10, 2020 at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel. Pastor Walt Spradlin will officiate. Interment will follow in Mead Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at brownsfuneralservice.com.

Arrangements are under the direction of Brown’s Durant Funeral and Cremation Service.
