Rebecca (Becky) Sinor a resident of Sherman, Texas, formerly of Hendrix,Oklahoma, left this life and joined her Lord and Savior on Friday October 11, 2019 at the age of 87. Family hour will be from 3-4:00 PM on Sunday October 13, 2019 at the Holmes~Coffey~Murray Funeral Home in Durant, Oklahoma. A graveside service will be at 10:00 AM Monday October 14th at the Kemp Cemetery in Kemp, Oklahoma with Pastor Jesse West officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Russell Scoggins, Jared Scoggins, James Scoggins, Chris Walton, Phillip Walton and Randy Walson.
Becky was born in Hendrix, Oklahoma on November 28, 1931 to George Phillip Fann and Letha Lee (Burns) Fann. She married W.L. (John) Sinor on June 16, 1947 in Sherman, Texas. Becky lovingly care for her home and family. She worked at Levis and Red Path in Denison, Texas. Becky was an accomplished seamstress and loved reading a good book. Becky was also a member of the Hendrix Baptist Church.
Mrs. Sinor is survived by her beloved daughters, Deborah Sinor of Knollwood, Texas, Sandra Scoggins and husband Ron of Lindale, Texas, and Janet Mathis of Knollwood, Texas; sisters, Nadine Laughlin and husband Glenn of Sherman, Texas and Oleta Shannon of Killeen, Texas; grandchildren, Kristina Jacobson, Russell Scoggins, and Amanda Mathis; step-grandchildren, Stephanie Webb, James Scoggins, Jared Scoggins, and Johnathan Mathis; and also survived by her great-grandchildren, Halie Webb, Kylea Scoggins and Chelsea Jacobson. Great- great- grandchild Madison Jacobson.
Mrs. Sinor was preceded in death by her parents, George and Letha Fann; husband, W.L. ( John ) Sinor; brothers, Bill Fann and Bobby Fann; sisters, Jane Fann, Dorothy, and Katherine Stubblefield.
