Willie "Phillip" Milton White, 79, of Calera passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021 in Denison, TX. Phillip was born on April 26, 1942 in Telephone, TX to William Milton White and Willie Naomi (Benefield) White. He married Willie Fay Burns in Bonham, TX on November 23, 1964. They moved to Calera in 1967 where they made their home and raised their children. Phillip worked as a hydraulic mechanic for Reed Tool and was a member of the Achille Masonic Lodge #454. He loved spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, riding four wheelers, and raising chickens.
He is preceded in death by his parents, four sisters Lola Smith, Betty White, Mary Astran, and Judy Greenhaw and one brother Larry White.
Phillip is survived by his wife Willie Fay White of the home, daughter Cynthia White of Calera, son Bobby White of Calera, one sister Brenda Badders and husband Dale of Butcher Pen, OK, one granddaughter Tasha Fay White of Calera, two grandsons Joshua Shane Nuncio of Calera, Trey Milton White of Calera, great grand daughter Sadie Nuncio, and many nieces, nephew, and other loving family and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Jackson Cemetery in Bennington, OK. Archie Staggs will officiate. Family hour will be held on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 from 6:00PM to 8:00 PM at Brown’s Funeral Service Durant. Pallbearers will be Bobby Joe White, Trey White, Roger Dale Badders, Matthew Badders, Jonathon Badders, and Gary Burns. Honorary pallbearers will be Tasha White, Cynthia White, Joshua Nuncio, Nicholas Wilson, William Smith, and Jackson Smith.
