Robert Gerald Wesberry was born on May 4, 1949 in Borger, Texas to John Robert and Norma Gaile (Pullen) Wesberry. Robert passed from this life on May 2, 2020 in Lexington, Oklahoma at the age of 70.

Robert attended school in Davis, OK and Nida, OK and moved to Durant in 1973. He graduated from Southern School of Beauty and worked many years as a beautician until his retirement. He was of the Assembly of God faith and he enjoyed drawing people in his free time.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, John R. Wesberry and nephew Mark David Bracken.

Robert is survived by his mother, Norma Gaile Wesberry; sister, Betty Wesberry; nieces, Carrie Barren, Melissa Parker and Kristy Bolin; nephew, Brian Bracken; brother, Johnny Wesberry and sister, Sharron Wesberry.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at Highland Cemetery Pavilion. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.brownsfuneralservice.com.

Arrangements are under the direction of Brown’s Durant Funeral and Cremation Service.
