Donna Robinson, of Durant, Oklahoma passed from this life on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at the age of 72. She was born in Durant, Oklahoma on Sunday, March 27, 1949 to Clodie Eastis Roberson, Jr. and Mearline (LaMar) Roberson.
Donna married her beloved Frankie D. Robinson in Durant, Oklahoma on Monday, June 12, 1972 at the Durant First United Methodist Church.
Donna dedicated her life to teaching and was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and canning food from her garden that she and her husband Frankie were incredibly proud of. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family; especially her grandchildren and great-grandchild. Her greatest accomplishment in life was her family. Donna was the heart of the family and a light to all of those around her.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Clodie Roberson Jr. and Mearline Roberson Henthorn. Donna is survived by her husband Frankie of the home; children Wesley Robinson of Durant, Oklahoma, Patrick Robinson and wife Jennifer of Durant, Oklahoma, Keith Robinson of Portland, Oregon; grandchildren Kylie Grant and husband John, Ashton Luebber and husband Lane, Trent Robinson and Alaina Robinson, all of Durant, Oklahoma; great-grandson John “JT” Grant of Durant, Oklahoma.
A family hour will be held from 6:00-7:00PM, Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home in Durant, Oklahoma.
Her celebration of life will be held at 10:00AM, Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at the First United Methodist Church in Durant, Oklahoma with Bro. John Breon officiating
Her final earthly resting place will be at the Highland Cemetery with Wesley Robinson, Keith Robinson, Patrick Robinson, Lane Luebber, John Grant, Trent Robinson, and Mohammad Ghadianloo serving as pallbearers.
Services are under the direction of Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home in Durant, OK.
